Mystics at Mercury GameThread

It’s a Washington Mystics Game Day….or should we say Game Night! Washington is in Phoenix taking on the Mercury in their second meeting of the season where the Mystics unfortunately were blown out. Things are a little different now and Washington has meshed well together and just needs the shots to fall in every quarter.

Tina Charles shows up every game. Just need more Mystics players to do the same. The constant wait for the return of Elena Delle Donne or even Emma Meesseman shouldn’t be an excuse. There’s too much talent on Washington’s roster especially with the signing of Shatori Walker-Kimbrough for the rest of the season. Granted the Olympics weren’t that long ago, but if Charles can bring her A-game then so can the rest of the team. In the process, hopefully the three-point shooting drought can get fixed as well.

Mystics at the Mercury is scheduled to start at 10 p.m. ET and will be televised on Twitter. Make sure you’re tuning in for what could be a good game.
