Washington Mystics star Elena Delle Donne announced her upcoming documentary-series “Beyond the Game” Friday afternoon. The YouTube series will take a personal look into the 2019 WNBA champion’s life and what she has been up to in past year.

In a tweet announcing her latest project, Delle Donne expressed her excitement to share it.

The two-minute and twelve-second trailer posted on YouTube begins by Delle Donne saying, “we’re gonna end 2020 the right way.” It also includes footage of her unboxing the Mystics new three game uniform editions, swimming, playing uno with her wife and friend, shooting a basketball, and woodworking.

A new episode will be released every Monday, according to Hannah Withiam of Just Women’s Sports.

“This series certainly goes through right after surgery, when I’m a little loopy, through all the different progressions and ways that I’ve tried to get back, like swimming,” Delle Donne told Just Women’s Sports.

“There’s just a lot of silliness through it all, but I think people will really enjoy it.”
