An early afternoon game for the Washington Mystics who will face the Las Vegas Aces for the second time this season. In their last meeting, Washington lost, 83-77, as Emma Meesseman had a double-double with 24 points and 13 rebounds. The Aces had five players in double figures, while the Mystics struggled again with a lack of reserves to take over.
With no Aerial Powers for another week or two, players like Ariel Atkins, Emma Meesseman and Myisha Hines-Allen need to carry the load and become a dominant Big Three. The reserves as well need to step it up so Washington can return being a well-rounded team again.
The game is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET on ESPN as well as Monumental Sports Network.
