Washington Mystics forward Elena Delle Donne will be adding a new role to her resume —online food personality. The WNBA champion announced her weekly baking show, “BakEdd”, will be on Instagram starting April 29. The 30-year-old’s WNBA season is currently postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The name of the show included her initials --- EDD.
“Each week we will be baking one of my favorite recipes,” she said while wearing a chef’s hat and jacket.
From the look of the ingredients she included in her announcement on Instagram, Delle Donne will be making chocolate chip cookies.
Delle Donne told viewers to have following ingredients ready:
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups (12-ounce package) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
