The WNBA announced that Mystics forward Elena Delle Donne won the WNBA’s Eastern Conference Player of the Month for June 2019. Delle Donne also won her second consecutive Eastern Conference Player of the Week award.

In June, Delle Donne averaged 17.2 points, 8.9 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game. And in games played from June 24 to 30, she averaged 20.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.

After a sluggish but pass-happy start to her 2019 season, Delle Donne is finally hitting her stride. It’s even better that the Mystics are now the top team in the WNBA standings!
