Our own Greydy Diaz spoke to Washington Mystics guard Natasha Cloud after their 103-85 win over the Sky. Cloud scored 12 points on 5-of-11 shooting from the field.

Washington Mystics guard Natasha Cloud talks about her performance this season against the Chicago Sky on June 5, 2019

In the Mystics’ home opener against the Dream last Saturday, Natasha Cloud struggled. The guard went 2-of-8 from the field and didn’t make any of the four 3-pointers she shot. She ended the win against Atlanta with just 4 points.

But in the win against the Sky on Wednesday evening, Cloud showed out with 12 points, 5 assists and 2 steals. She also shot an improved 5-of-11 from the field.

After the game, I had a chance to speak with Cloud on she talked about the win, her performance, and looking what her team needs to focus on in their upcoming game against the New York Liberty on Friday. The Mystics will still have a couple more home games in the next 10 days but they will soon spend much of the second half of June on the road.
