The Capitals honored the Washington Mystics before their matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs Wednesday evening. Elena Delle Donne took part in the ceremonial puck drop ahead of the game.
One night before, Delle Donne threw out the first pitch at Game 4 of the Washington Nationals’ matchup against the St. Louis Cardinals in the National League Championship Series. The love in Washington for the Mystics is real!
That's how you drop a puck like a CHAMPION!
