What stood out
According to the Lynx Data website, the Mystics out scored the Sky 28 to 16 in the paint. They also managed 16 second chance points to the Sky's eight.
And two stats to blow your mind, the Mystics are second in Offensive Efficiency percentage, only behind the Sparks. And, the M's are leading the association in rebound percentage (through three games).
Even with a two and two record, that is nice to see.
The next month is an abberation
But a good one. Emma Meesseman heads back to Belgium, and takes with her team leading assists and steals. I look forward to seeing how teammates step up.
New head coach Amber Stocks for the Sky will clearly make some adjustments, but will it be enough?
