The Washington Wizards just suffered one of their worse poundings, losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers by 39 points, 140-101 yesterday. Mind you; the 101 points the Wizards produced were what Cleveland produced in exactly three quarters... When: Friday, January 5 at 7:30 p.m. ET

How to watch: Monumental Sports Network
Cavaliers: Ty Jerome (Out)
The Wizards should get a defensive-minded coach - I said this earlier this week. I repeat it again, and rest my case after the 140 point pounding by Cleveland. I mean, even if you’re going to tank, at least do it while instilling some good culture, effort resemblance in your team...
The Jordan Poole experiment is over? — I also asked this one earlier this week, and it remains unanswered... After another Poole-like showing (8 points on 11 shots) the Wizards must be asking themselves: wouldn’t we increase Poole’s trade value by actually sitting him and having him come off the bench?
Flashback: Earlier this week
The Wizards just lost badly to the Cavaliers. Now they meet again in the same place. Here are the highlights (or, really, lowlights) from that embarrassing outing:
