With the NBA trade window opening soon, the Washington Wizards can continue “showcasing” Jordan Poole, whatever that means. It’s a lose-lose situation, or in reality a win-win situation, as the Wizards continue to lose and improve their lottery odds.
At any rate, given that the Wizards are among the top in the league in pace, and that the Pacers are among the top in scoring and pace, this game should be entertaining and it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Pacers surpass the 140-point mark. In October the Wizards lost 120-143. The Haliburton led squad will probably collect an easy win, but if you’re looking for something relaxing to watch after a long week, this is probably not a bad choice.

The Wizards head on a West Coast trip after this one, with two back-to-backs — The Wizards are heading to the West Coast after this one, lucky for them, to escape the cold here in the East. They will play Brad Beal in Phoenix (that should be fun) on Sunday, then head to Sacramento on a back-to-back, then play Portland and Golden State in another back-to-back on Thursday and Friday. So looks like they’ll keep collecting L’s for a while.
