Are you TIRED of hearing the Wizards management say they cannot do stuff to get better? Yet a Medium/Small Market team like OKC just seems to figure it out. They get stars like Paul George and Chris Paul and then ship them out for a Ransom of draft picks.

Now they are the envy of the league. Rookie Chet, Shai, Giddey, new drafted Jalen Williams who looks like the steal of the draft. They actually gave up 3 first rounders for Ousmane Dieng, and it did not matter because that's how you should use your multiple draft picks. Find players that you love and GO GET THEM.

Let's not forget an OUTSTANDING 13 #1 DRAFT PICKS IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS AND A ZILLION 2ND ROUND PICKS.

Why can't the Wizards do the same thing? Why do we keep drafting non-starters. Heck, non-Average NBA Starters?

OKC's Ownership and General Manager have a future plan. They are actually awesome at this Player Acquisition and Trading of Assets.

People will point out on the misses that Sam Presti has had. SO WHAT! When you have a zillion 1st Round Draft Picks you can afford to miss, but WHEN YOU HIT, YOU HIT BIG.

Wizards have Brad for the next 5 years. KP and Kuzma are free agents after this year. We have the last 5 first round picks who none of them might even start this year.

I really wish the Wizards can either get:

1. A filthy rich owner who does not care if his team goes massively over the cap creatively and pay the penalties.

2. Go the OKC model.

We know Ted Leonsis cannot do #1 so hopefully he finds a new Great GM and follow plan #2.
