Bradley Beal and Spencer Dinwiddie are spending time together in pick up games. Definitely a good thing for this season.

August and the first half of September are generally considered to be slow months on the NBA calendar. For fans and average people like us, that is no different. But for players, this is the time where they hone their skills and develop new moves for the following fall.

Washington Wizards guards Bradley Beal and Spencer Dinwiddie were taped in a pickup game scrimmage by trainer Drew Hanlen last Friday. You can see the highlights in the tweet below.

There are some other NBA stars who are in the pickup game like Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young, Los Angeles Lakers forward Carmelo Anthony and former Wizards first round pick Kelly Oubre, Jr. And if you are into entertainment, you can also see that rapper 2 Chainz is on there,

What I found most notable besides a Beal highlight her and there was that Dinwiddie and Beal are spending time together, well before training camp.. It is no secret that the Wizards are building around Beal, who has worked with multiple All-Star point guards like John Wall and Russell Westbrook. Hopefully Dinwiddie can also make that list sooner rather than later.
