On Friday, the NBA released the 2021-22 regular season schedule. The Washington Wizards will begin their season on the road when they play the Toronto Raptors on the road on Oct. 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET. This game will also be notable since it will be the first time the Raptors are holding a game in their home city and country since the coronavirus pandemic began to disrupt life in March 2020.
The Wizards’ first game is on Oct. 22 when they host the Indiana Pacers at 7 p.m. ET.
Washington will have two nationally televised games as well. Their first is against the Raptors on Jan. 21 on ESPN and also against the Milwaukee Bucks on Feb.. 1 on TNT.
The 2021-22 NBA season is starting on a normal timeframe after last season was truncated due to the coronavirus pandemic. One feature of last season will remain, namely the play-in tournament for the No. 7-10 seeds in each conference. You can see the schedule in the link below.
