The Olympics, NBA Draft, free agency frenzy and Summer League are now over for the Washington Wizards. We can mostly take a collective breath now, right? Also, it’s time for me to take a long vacation after all the non-stop news, right?

Not yet. For the WNBA, the Washington Mystics are in the second half of their season. There is still no Elena Delle Donne and Washington is struggling to stay in the playoff picture after two consecutive losses to the Las Vegas Aces. Sure, these losses were to the top ranked team, but still.
