Wizards looking to pull extend their winning streak to 8 games. A win tonight would mean the longest winning streak in 20 years. Can they pull it off? Join the discussion.

The Wizards come back home to Capital One Arena for the first of 3 games in the remaining 13 games against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Wizards get a bit of a break as Cleveland will be without their star guard Collin Sexton.

As the season comes closer to the end, every game is huge and this is no different. The Wizards entering today have sole possession of 10th place in the Eastern Conference, but the Chicago Bulls and Toronto Raptors remain within a game and a half of the Wizards. It’s important for the Wizards to stay ahead of each because both teams own the tiebreaker over the Wizards.

This game is also important for the Wizards to try and move up the standings too. They enter today only two games behind the 9th place Indiana Pacers.

A win would extend their winning streak to 8 games, which would be one off from the longest winning streak in 20 years and would tie the franchise record for longest winning streak in franchise history.

Can the Wizards pull off the win? Can they keep this streak going? Can they continue to move up the standings? Join the discussion for tonight’s game.
