Wizards at Knicks GameThread

Back again like we never lost...I mean left

NBA: Washington Wizards at New York Knicks Vincent Carchietta-USA TODAY Sports

It’s another Washington Wizards Game Day......and NBA trade deadline!! You may notice today that two reserve players will be missing: Troy Brown Jr. and Moe Wagner.

Brown and Wagner were both traded to the Chicago Bulls (somehow Wagner ended up being traded again to the Boston Celtics in the end) for Daniel Gafford and Chandler Hutchison. Some wanted Washington to make a move before the trade deadline and others basically felt it didn’t matter. In the end moves were made and there’s still nothing to be exuberant about when it comes to the Wizards franchise.

So moving right along, Washington has another date with the New York Knicks tonight. The Knicks have already won the previous two match ups so no surprise if they sweep the series against the Wizards. No effort seems to be made in stopping Julius Randle who has been the key scorer for the Knicks.

Nonetheless, assumptions can be made that our starting lineup will remain the same as before: Russell Westbrook, Bradley Beal, Garrison Mathews, Rui Hachimura and Alex Len.

We most likely lose again.

DC ABOVE ALL!!!
