It’s Washington Wizards Game Day and the Wizards remain in the Big Apple!! And tonight’s opponent in game one of two is against the New York Knicks. This is the second meeting between the two teams.
In their last meeting back on February 12, Washington lost 109-91 and were without Bradley Beal in the game. Russell Westbrook was one assist away from a triple double but it just wasn’t enough.
Tonight will definitely be different as the Wizards will have Beal and Westbrook tonight which adds another scoring powerhouse for them.
Washington will continue with the following lineup: Westbrook, Beal, Garrison Mathews, Rui Hachimura and Alex Len.
Washington needs to get going as they’re not too far out of being in playoff contention because tanking is clearly out of the question. Currently the Wizards are about five games out of eighth place which isn’t a lot.
Let us know your thoughts for tonight!
DC ABOVE ALL!!!
