The Washington Wizards will play the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night.

Game Info

When: Tuesday, Feb. 22 at 10 p.m. ET

Where: Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif.

How to watch: NBC Sports Washington

Injury Report

Wizards: Ish Smith (Quad, Out); Thomas Bryant (Knee, Out); Russell Westbrook has often sat out back-to-backs so he may be out for this one like he has in most such games.

Clippers: Daniel Oturu (Quad); Jay Scrubb (Foot)

What to watch for

The Wizards have won five straight after a 127-124 overtime match against the Lakers earlier tonight (L.A. time). They now have a chance to extend it to six against the Clippers, coincidentally in the same building that they beat the Lakers in.

I am impressed to see that the Wizards are starting to play like the team we all hoped they would be in preseason expectations. To get back toward a .500 record, they are going to have to keep winning games, even in games that they are clearly not favored. This Clippers game is going to be another example of that, since Washington will not have fresh legs for tomorrow’s match (again, L.A. time) because today is Tuesday.

I’m not sure if Washington will win the game. But to get back in the playoff conversation, they’ll have to keep this win streak going, somehow, someway.
