The Wizards are riding high after a dramatic, comeback win against the Brooklyn Nets. Russell Westbrook finally looks healthy. Bradley Beal does not want to be traded. The team is probably the healthiest it has been all season (with only Raul Neto and Thomas Bryant listed as “out”). If you forget about the 4-12 record, you might even be optimistic about things in Washington right now.

So can they build on that and string together a few wins? Their first opportunity comes tonight at 8 p.m. ET against the Portland Trail Blazers (10-9). The game is on NBC Sports Washington.

Russell Westbrook and Damian Lillard have some history together. You maybe remember Lillard knocking Westbrook, Paul George, and the Oklahoma City Thunder out of the playoffs in 2019 and waving goodbye to them. Westbrook has not been shy about racking up technical fouls and getting into it with opposing point guards (especially recently). Translation: break out the popcorn!
