The Washington Wizards end their road trip against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday. Here’s the preview:

Game Info

When and Where: Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 8 p.m. ET, Capital One Arena, Washington. D.C.

How to watch: NBC Sports Washington

How to listen: 1500 AM or the Wizards mobile app locally, SiriusXM and League Pass elsewhere

Injuries: For the Wizards, Thomas Bryant (knee), Ish Smth (quad), Anthony Gill (illness)

For the Nuggets, Monte Morris (Shoulder), PJ Dozier (Hamstring), Gary Harris (thigh), Will Barton (personal), Paul Millsap (knee) and Greg Whittington (knee). Of their injuries, just Dozier and Whittington are out indefinitely.

What to watch for

The Wizards are now on a winning streak and can end their homestand on a positive note before another long road trip that takes them to the west coast. The Wizards should have a rest advantage against the Nuggets, who are playing against the Boston Celtics tonight as this piece is being published. Morris was listed as out for tonight’s game against Boston, but it’s unclear if he’ll be ready tomorrow.

Denver is entering tonight’s game against Boston with a three-game win streak, which could be four by tomorrow. It will be hard for Washington to contain center and MVP candidate Nikola Jokic who is averaging 26.5 points, 11.5 rebounds and 8.7 assists per season.

Then again, it’s not like they’ll be able to contain Bradley Beal that easily either, right?

Here’s hoping for a three-game win streak after tomorrow night’s game!
