Pregame notes

The Washington Wizards will have the Milwaukee Bucks on their turf Sunday evening. The Wizards are coming off a great win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday November 5 as they had seven players in double figures, all starters and two reserves. Montrezl Harrell led the way with 18 points and eight rebounds.

Going against the Bucks will be hard as Giannis Antetokounmpo is tough to stop, but they’ll be without Khris Middleton who is the second leading scorer for Milwaukee. Daniel Gafford and Harrell will have to figure out a way to stay out of foul trouble when guarding Antetokounmpo because he has ways of getting to the line easily.

The biggest test will be Washington’s defense. It’s definitely still early, but if they can bring a defensive nature to the game and allow for their offensive plays to mesh then the Wizards are definitely a quiet threat in the East.
