Bradley Beal was going to travel to Orlando with the Wizards before news of his shoulder injury came out

The Washington Wizards guard gives the team their best chance of competing for an NBA playoff spot.

On Monday, Washington Wizards head coach Scott Brooks announces that Bradley Beal will travel with the team to Orlando for the 2019-20 NBA season restart. He was previously noncommittal.

Though Beal is going, it is still unclear if he will actually play. Given that the players are in a restricted environment, Beal should play, at least while the Wizards have a mathematical chance to force a play-in round for the NBA Playoffs.
