The Wizards will now play in their last scrimmage before the regular season resumes against the Lakers. Gametime is 3 p.m. ET which you can see on NBC Sports Washington in the DMV or NBA TV nationally.

Let’s see who from the Wizards will step up and work their way to earning more minutes in the rotation. At this point, with so many key players out, development of the young players on this team will take center stage. Let’s see who can step up and establish themselves a role for the future of this team.

If you ask me, I am hoping to see big things for Rui Hachimura. If he can show out in this game and during the rest of the time in the bubble, that makes the time in Orlando so much worth our viewing. Let’s hope we see big things from the rookie and maybe even some more who will step up.
