The Wizards are working out, playing video games during the 30-day suspensions

Just like the rest of us, the Wizards are wondering how to adjust their lives in the face of the corona

For many of you, the next two weeks or longer will be interesting. You may be working from home, take care of kids who may or may not ALSO need a computer to take classes in, and/or catch up on life.

The Washington Wizards are dealing with that right now, especially while they are toward the end of their quarantine. To this date, no Wizards players have reported symptoms of the Covid-19 coronavirus.

According to Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington, Bradley Beal and Ish Smith are playing video games. quite a bit. Smith binged on playing Madden football as the Houston Texans. Bradley Beal played the FIFA 20 soccer game.

Don’t worry about players sitting at home and doing nothing. Beal is working out individually, according to Hughes.

Rui Hachimura also held a livestream on Twitter, but it is nearly entirely in Japanese. Regardless, he looks well.

First I hope that no Wizards players, coaches or staff have the coronavirus. The same goes for the rest of the NBA. After that? We’ll go from there.
