On Tuesday night, the Toronto Raptors lost to the Milwaukee Bucks, 108-97 at home in the ScotiaBank Arena. Since we’re covering the Wizards primarily, you know Washington’s getting mentioned somewhere real soon.
The Raptors, like most NBA teams, have iconic superfans. One is Nav Bhatia, the Raptors’ superfan. The Hyundai car dealership owner (yes, this is the site of one of his dealerships!) doesn’t just attend every game courtside. He’s done so every game since the Raptors were founded in 1995 and the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame is honoring him too! But Bhatia would never say anything crazy about the Wizards, so let’s move right along.
Now, let’s go to the Raptors’ other superfan, pop music artist Aubrey Graham, a/k/a Drake. Yesterday during warm-ups, he taunted the Bucks saying “This ain’t the Wizards, baby!”

The Wizards’ Twitter account also took notice after the Bucks got the victory.

I know, there are at least some of you who will make light of it. But I’m of the mindset that the Wizards have nothing to say in this ... fight.
The only team who deserves a laugh are the Bucks, who won the second game of a back-to-back, just one night after an overtime game that just happened to be against Washington.
As for Drake, I just wonder if the current Wizards players got a little more motivation for the next time they play the Raptors. While they won’t play in Toronto again this season, Washington will host the Raptors on April 7. You never know if Ted Leonsis invites Drake to enjoy the sights of the nation’s capital.
