Losing to the lowly Cavaliers was not an ideal way for the Wizards to begin the second half of their season, but Sunday night provides an opportune moment to get back on track: a road date with the Chicago Bulls, who Washington beat 126-114 less than two weeks ago.
Chicago is somehow even more plagued by injuries now than they were on February 11 — it appears that team leaders Wendell Carter Jr., Lauri Markkanen and former Wizards Otto Porter Jr. are all expected to sit out Sunday’s game. They should still have Zach LaVine, Tomas Satoransky and more, however.
