Eight players, regardless of position will go through a dribbling, passing and shooting course. Here are the participants, sans Detroit Pistons guard Derrick Rose, who was initially named to the contest but won’t participate due to injury.

Three-Point Contest

Eight players, regardless of position, will shoot 25 threes as quickly as they can in five locations. Four of the five locations have four regular NBA ball worth one point and one multi-colored ball worth three points and another rack that consists solely of mutli-colored balls.
There is a new addition to the contest this year where there are two shots that are six feet behind the three-point line that can increase players’ scores.

As usual, this contest features four players who will dunk twice to advance to the championship round, wash, rinse, repeat! Here are this year’s contestants.
