Happy Holidays Everyone!
What we saw out of the Washington Wizards in the first game of the regular season despite the outcome was amazing considering what we’re used to the Wizards doing when down by a lot or even when it comes to strictly defense. Washington seemed like a potential competitor in the East but consistency is needed as well as the outcomes to be victorious.
Tonight the Wizards have their season home opener and face a division foe in the Orlando Magic. The game is slated for a 7 p.m. ET start time on NBC Sports Washington.
Despite Rui Hachimura returning to practice, we still probably won’t see him for another a week or so in the Wizards lineup. Another thing is hopefully Thomas Bryant can be consistent in his offense and less consistent in his mistakes. And for the love of God Scott Brooks please stray away from the three-guard rotation lineup. Hasn’t done us much good and that was only one game.
See below for the starting lineup:
Russell Westbrook, Bradley Beal, Deni Avdija, Isaac Bonga & Thomas Bryant will be starting tonight. Per Scott Brooks.
