The Washington Wizards are back in the rumor mill with Russell Westbrook as their trade target. The main way to make this happen is by trading John Wall to the Houston Rockets. There are a lot of hurdles to get through to make a deal work, but that’s clearly the biggest thing on Wizards’ fans minds today.
