The NBA and WNBA Finals continue on this Sunday. Here’s the schedule:
At 3 p.m. ET, the Seattle Storm and the Las Vegas Aces will play the second game of the WNBA Finals. Breanna Stewart erupted for 37 points in their first game last Friday in a 93-80 win. Even more impressive, Sue Bird, who will be 40 this month, dished 16 assists, including 10 in the first half. Angel McCoughtry led the Aces with 20 points. Then at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat face off in Game 3 of their NBA Finals series. The Lakers lead the series 2-0,. In Game 2 last Friday, LeBron James nearly got a triple double while Anthony Davis scored 34 points in a 116-98 thrashing over Miami, who had an early double digit lead but was unable to keep the pace for the rest of the game.
