First off, I love Bradley Beal. He's a great guy, great player, and a perfect complement to a superstar. That said, DC does not have a superstar. Brad is at the top of his value, and we still have some trade leverage. Basketball is a business, you've got to sell high. The Nuggets just lost to the Blazers, and even though they could just run it back, Brad is a massive upgrade over whoever they have besides Jokic. If we get Tim Connoly, he'd be giving his old team an All-star and getting back two promising young talents.
Trade: (remember: Nuggets have cap space because Millsap is leaving)
Nuggets get: Bradley Beal
Washington gets: Jamal Murray, Michael Porter Jr
I thought about adding a second rounder in to give DC, but that's already a nice haul. What do you guys think?
