The Washington Mystics are WNBA champions! I’m still trying to gather my thoughts together on the season at large. It’s been quite a journey since writing a very angry FanPost on Swish Appeal back in 2012 about everything that was going wrong. So seeing the Mystics winning the title this past Thursday made everything worth it. I can go on and on, but I can answer any questions you have on D.C.’s championship basketball team.

Also, the Wizards are finally playing games again! They started their preseason on a stronger than positive note. Sure, the team isn’t expected to be the strongest in the regular season, but they won two games this past week, first against the Guangzhou Loong Lions last Wednesday and again vs. the New York Knicks last Friday.
