What to Watch for
Can the Wizards continue their success on the second night of back-to-backs?
The Wizards are 4-2 on the second night of back-to-backs this season, which you might not expect considering how the team has played this season. However, they haven’t had to deal with the challenge of facing the same team on back-to-back nights.
On the bright side, Washington should have plenty of motivation to make things right after they got waxed in Philadelphia on Tuesday night. Plus, all of Washington’s key players got more rest than usual since the game got out of hand so early, so they won’t be as tired as most teams are on the second night of a back-to-back. Then again, neither will the 76ers!
If nothing else, hopefully the Wizards have a better plan for slowing down Landry Shamet. Washington can’t let him have another hot shooting night from downtown.
