The Wizards play the Raptors at 1 p.m. EST today at Capital One Arena. Watch the game on NBC Sports Washington. Listen to it on the Wizards Mobile App or Federal News Radio 1500 AM.
The Raptors aren’t just playing the Wizards to go on a five game winning streak assuming they win today. They’re also bringing some of that typical Canadian weather with them. It’s snowing today and there could be some significant accumulations. If things play out right, we may have a foot of snow in some parts of the D.C. area, most likely toward Fredericksburg.
The Wizards on the other hand are looking to get to a three game winning streak with the Tomas Satoransky and Bradley Beal backcourt leading the newest version of the “Everybody Eats” offense. I think Bealoransky is a nice portmanteau of their last names. Since the Wizards are 4-2 so far in 2019 and beat some of the Eastern Conference’s best, why can’t they do the same against the Raptors?
No, we won’t be like mentioning what happened in 2015 since we’ll do what we have to:

But a win’s more than possible. Go Wizards!
