Wizards vs. Nets GameThread

The Nets have been one of the NBA’s bottom feeders in recent years, but they are starting to right the ship. Jarrett Allen has been a solid presence in the low post. Caris LeVert has taken a step up with his game on the scoring end so far as well.

Brooklyn, like Washington also had to undergo a long period of poor front office management. They are still dealing with the after effects of the infamous Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce trade before the 2013-14 season. Fortunately, as Wizards fans, we haven’t had to deal with a trade ... like THAT.

Of course, the Nets ultimately fired Billy King as their GM. The Wizards still have Ernie Grunfeld in an equivalent role, so he probably hasn’t made THAT poor of a move just yet.
