The Wizards play the Knicks tonight at 7:30 p.m. EST. Watch the game on NBC Sports Washington, and listen to it on 1500 AM or the Washington Wizards app.
The Wizards are looking to get a win over the Knicks after losing to them in their preseason debut last week. It didn’t take long for bad habits, but that is what the preseason is for — purging bad habits before the games start counting in about a week.
Like most preseason games, the focus should be more on reserve rotations instead of the starters. Seeing the Tomas Satoransky and Austin Rivers backcourt develop should be among the biggest priorities, even after the regular season games begin.
If there is anyone who I think is missing out in the preseason, it is Dwight Howard. To be fair to Howard, he is injured and there is no need to risk his health, considering that he is Washington’s most significant acquisition this past summer. But missing time right now also means that the Wizards will have to adjust once he is ready to play.
Anyway, that’s enough from me. Hi Wizards!
