The Wizards have made a lot of bold claims and comparisons through the years, but Bradley Beal’s thoughts on Jeff Green have to be right near the top.
Bradley Beal is HYPED on Jeff Green: "Jeff is a star, man, because he’s built like LeBron and almost plays like him."

Jeff is a star, man, because he’s built like LeBron and almost plays like him in so many ways. I think he can help us in multiple positions. He plays the 3. He plays the 4. We can put him at the 5. He’s comfortable there. So, his versatility is exactly what we need. It just makes our job and our life easy.
Beal will make a good politician some day because he didn’t say anything that’s incorrect, it’s all just a matter of how you perceive the word “almost”.
After all, every human has 99.9 percent genetic similarity with every other human, so each of us are almost like LeBron James when you really think about it. Personally, I’m within a foot of LeBron James’ height and within 20 pounds or so of his weight on a good day, and I’ve also gotten frustrated by J.R. Smith, so in terms of build and basketball ability, LeBron and I are neck-and-neck with each other.
The thing to really be excited about is that Jeff Green will come off the bench for the Wizards this season, so I think the real question to ask here is Otto Porter Jr. better than LeBron James? It’s open for debate.
