What to Watch for
Can the Wizards continue to persevere on the second half of back-to-backs?
In a season mired with inconsistencies, perhaps the most unusual one is that Washington has been the best team in the league on tired legs so far this season. They’re 4-1 in games with zero days of rest, including a win over the Bucks in Milwaukee earlier this season.
Part of the team’s improvement on back-to-backs can be attributed to better depth, and part of it is due to needing redemptive wins after sloppy losses on the front end of back-to-backs. But whatever you attribute it to, it will be interesting to see if it holds up as they face a team close to them in the standings looking for their own redemption after a 19 point loss at home to the Raptors on Friday.
