NBA draft 2017 schedule: Start time, TV channel, and live stream

After all the hype, trade rumors, and nonsense, we’ve finally arrived at the big day.

Thanks to Wednesday’s trade, the Wizards currently do not have a pick in this year’s draft. If that holds, it would be the second straight season the Wizards go without making a draft pick. However, David Aldridge of NBA.com is reporting the Wizards are looking to acquire a high second round pick.

If they do make a move to get back into the second round, it would probably have to be a move where they use cash considerations to get a pick. It’s hard to envision anyone on the roster who could yield that kind of a return other than the players who are worth well more than a high second round pick.
