Hawks point guard Dennis Schroder and John Wall have been in an intense matchup during the first round of the playoffs. Here’s just one dunk where Wall dunked on Schroder in transition in Game 2 and stared him down afterwards:
Despite the beef on the court between the two, Schroder wants to train with Wall this summer. In fact he reached out to his Wizards counterpart regarding that, according to Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Olivia Harlan of Fox Sports Southeast:
Dennis Schroder said he's already approached John Wall about working out together this summer.

Dennis Schröder says he plans on working out with Kyrie Irving and... wait for it... John Wall this summer. Says they're best PG's in league

Let’s take a step back from the playoff series first. It’s not uncommon for NBA players to work out together during the summer. So I’m not surprised if Wall (or Kyrie Irving) accepts Schroder’s request to be a workout buddy. Schroder is being complimentary of Wall in that sense.
That said, the Wizards and Hawks are in a playoff series right now, and I don’t think this is the best time to ask about offseason training.
So, warum jetzt Dennis?

Nope! This is the guy who apparently kept going at John’s left hand in 2015.
