It’s been a great day for Wizards fans on this Monday since the team’s second in the Eastern Conference and the power rankings are quite bullish. Now, John Wall has earned his second Eastern Conference Player of the Week Award this season for games played from March 6 to 12.
Like we mentioned in our weekly Keys to the Palace post, Wall averaged 29.8 points and 11.3 assists per game in the first four games of the Wizards’ current road trip. Since Washington won all four of those games, it’s not a surprise to see Wall add another honor to his resume.
