What to Watch for

Can Otto Porter and Marcin Gortat snap out of their funks?

While Bradley Beal has been torching everyone, Porter and Gortat have both struggled during this road trip. Otto is 9 of 30 from the field, and Marcin is just 3 of 16.

Both players are still contributing in other ways. Believe it or not, Marcin Gortat and Otto Porter have more rebounds and assists during this road trip than anyone else on the team. Still, the Wizards can’t rely on Beal to continue to shoot this well for long.

At some point, either Beal is going to cool off, or teams are going to force the ball out of his hands and make other players beat them. If Porter and Gortat aren’t ready to take advantage of the opportunities that come their way, it’s going to be a long afternoon.

A random moment from Wizards - Clippers history: Antawn Jamison’s timely tip

Antawn Jamison always had a unique touch around the rim, but usually it was demonstrated through his scoop shots and other crafty moves in the paint. But in this 2008 game against the Clippers, he came through with this tip shot to help the Wizards snap an eight-game losing streak in their final game before the All-Star break. After that win, the Wizards went 18-12 to surge back into the playoff hunt and finish fifth in the Eastern Conference standings.
