Wizards win all three food promotions in win against the Magic

The Wizards beat the Magic, 130-103 on Saturday in their last game before Christmas Day. Along the way, they also gave the D.C. area a trifecta of Christmas presents: FOOD PROMOTIONS! It is the second time the Wizards accomplished this feat in the 2017-18 season.

So let’s go through them!

McDonald’s Large Fries

The Wizards led 37-29 after the first quarter, so all fans get free large fries from McDonald’s at D.C. area locations with any purchase. So if you buy a drink for $1.00, you get fries for a buck. You can redeem it if you have the McDonald’s mobile app on your smartphone.

Papa John’s Pizza

The Wizards scored over 100 points in the win, so when you log onto Papa John’s Pizza’s website and enter the code WIZ50, you get 50 percent off all regular priced items. You have to live in the D.C. area for this to work of course.

It makes a great meal idea when you’re hosting family and are waiting an extra day to have that special Christmas dinner.

Chick-fil-A sandwiches

Mo Speights missed two consecutive free throws in the fourth quarter.

So, fans with a ticket to Saturday’s game can get a free Chick-fil-A sandwich at participating locations in Washington, D.C., the Northern Virginia suburbs, Maryland suburbs, and the panhandle of West Virginia.

Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday, and they will be closed on Monday for Christmas as well. So you won’t be able to redeem the sandwich until Tuesday, December 26.
