According to Candace Buckner of the Washington Post, John Wall will take part in his third All-Star Skills challenge during NBA All-Star Weekend in New Orleans. Wall was part of the challenge in 2011 and 2012, but came up empty.
The All-Star Skills challenge is where players have to dribble around obstacles and make several jump shots or layups. The contest was previously a contest made up of guards, but last year’s contest involved four guards against four posts. The winner was Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns, where he beat Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas:
Here’s hoping that Wall shows out like he did in the 2014 Slam Dunk contest!
