Kelly Oubre and Aaron White, the team’s draft picks in 2015, are the headliners but there are several other players to keep an eye on as well.
- Jarell Eddie, who played on the Wizards last season, can guarantee his contract for next season with a good showing in Las Vegas.
- Jaleel Roberts, who played with Wizards in Summer League and in training camp last season, has a chance to build on last year’s efforts and make the case for why he should be the team’s third center.
- Sheldon McClellan who signed a partially guaranteed deal with the Wizards after the draft, will have a chance to make his case for how he could add to the team’s depth at guard.
- Shawn Dawson, who we profiled last week, could be an interesting young prospect for the team if he can translate his success in Israel to Las Vegas.
Washington starts Summer League play on Saturday, July 9 at 6:30 pm EST against the Utah Jazz. All games will be streamed live on ESPN3.
