Danuel House has returned to the Wizards after being put on D-League Assignment last week where he played for the Delaware 87ers. In two games, he averaged 15 points and 6.5 rebounds. House’s best performance was last Saturday against the Iowa Energy where he scored 24 points on 10 of 19 shooting. He also made three threes in the contest.
Though House played considerably for Delaware, the 87ers still lost both games. It remains to be seen as to whether House or another Wizards player goes to the D-League for assignment. However, it’s a good thing to see the Wizards use the D-League to get younger players playing time that they just won’t receive at the present time.
