Bradley Beal diagnosed with broken nose and concussion, to sit out Tuesday's game

Beal was hit in the face on Monday in a game against the Celtics and did not return.

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

The Wizards announced on Tuesday that Bradley Beal suffered a broken nose and concussion during Monday's gameagainst the Boston Celtics. He collided with Boston's Marcus Smart in the second quarter and did not return.

Beal did not make the trip with the Wizards to the Air Canada Centre to play the Toronto Raptors starting at 7:30 p.m. ET. No timetable has been set for his return.

This year certainly has been tough for Beal given that he missed over a month from a stress reaction in his lower right fibula. Let's hope he comes back strong when he is ready to return.
