When things are positive and the Wizards are winning, we're happy. When the team's losing, we're not. Let's get to the stats:
How many commenters commented on Tuesday?
113 commenters commented 2,384 times for Game 2. Great turnout, even if the result wasn't what we were hoping for.
How many comments did each commenter make?
Congratulations to Rice2012 who had over 150 comments in Game 2! I don't think I've ever commented that many times in a day over the last five years. BEALiever and WASwizardsfan671 also commented over 100 times each.
What were the most game-related rec'ed comments for Game 2?
Unfortunately, we had some tension boil over Tuesday and that led to a number of folks getting some reminders about what not to do. Keep in mind that while the mods and I monitor the comments daily to make sure that things don't get out of hand, we also don't closely monitor any particular user's activity on this site unless certain users get messaged or warned a number of times -- and no one likes playing the role of Big Brother.
After reviewing the comments, here are the two most rec'ed comments that dealt with the game where we had a tie.
First, TerpsCountry received 10 rec's for stating that Nene isn't playing up to expectations:
Tough love, but the Big Brazilian hasn't played well to say the least.
And mazinger got 10 rec's for pointing out an interesting stat:
Hopefully, we'll have some more positive stats for Game 3 on Saturday.
