Almost half of the Wizards were not looking at the camera in this team photo

The regular season is coming to a close, and the Washington Wizards are on the road to close the season, so they took some time on Monday morning to take their team photo. You'd think with it being such a historic season for the team that we'd be treated to an above-average photo of the team, but apparently that's not the case.

A few of us? How about 40 percent of the roster?

Not looking team photo

So we're guessing this isn't the photo the Wizards will be using in yearbooks for years to come, but still, come on guys. You'd think at this stage, you wouldn't need a memo to look straight at the camera that's there to take your picture, but maybe we're overrating the value of memos.

But beyond the issue with the players not looking at the camera, it's clear there's a lot going through everyone's minds here. Let's take a look at what some of the players were thinking as the photo was taken:

Gooden Sad

Drew was having a great morning until Marcin Gortat spoiled the Game of Thrones episode he had in his DVR.

Wall Beal team photo

Wall: "Hey Brad, have you seen my updog lately?"

Brad: "John, please stop."

Seraphin Flex

Seraphin is quiet here because he's confident. Remember:

Ted holding ball

Ted: "If I just keep staring at this ball, no one will ask me about Kevin Durant.

If I just keep staring at this ball, no one will ask me about Kevin Durant.

If I just keep staring at this ball, no one will ask me about Kevin Durant."

UPDATE: Here's the team's actual team photo, where everyone is actually looking at the camera.
