As you are probably aware at this point, Bradley Beal is out for the next two weeks -- possibly more -- due to the beginnings of a stress reaction in his lower right fibula.

Many of us were kids in the mid 1990's when Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was the most popular show on the air. The news of Beal's repeated stress injuries reminds me of the time when the first green ranger lost his powers.

This particular Vine showed the moment he lost them the first time, but the "Ay yi yi yi yi!" at the end was my reaction earlier this afternoon.

John Wall isn't the best three point shooter in the NBA. But he has gradually improved from deep over the years. On Friday, he made three of six attempts from beyond the arc like these:

With that in mind, even though the Green Ranger was out of commission sometimes, the Red Ranger -- who's the leader of the team -- sometimes can use other rangers' powers. Maybe, just maybe John Wall is doing the same thing here.

Alright, I'm getting carried away from childhood memories and this post is weird enough as it is. Let's get a W tonight!
